Buyer – a person who meets the requirements set out in clause 2.2 of these purchase and sale rules and has purchased goods in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ .
Parties – Buyer and Seller together.
The rules for purchasing and selling in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a remote purchase and sale agreement that establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase, payment, delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other conditions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ .
Purchase and sale agreement – a purchase and sale agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller, which consists of an order for goods, which the Buyer submits to the Seller through the online store https://skintypes.lt/ , and these Rules with subsequent amendments and/or supplements.

The Seller has the right to change and/or supplement the Rules. The changed Rules are published in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ . All changes and/or supplements to the Rules come into force from the moment they are published in the online store https://skintypes.lt/
Before purchasing goods in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ , the Buyer must familiarize himself with and agree to the Privacy Policy of the online store https://skintypes.lt/ . The Buyer's personal data is processed in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ in accordance with the procedure established in the Privacy Policy.
MOMENT OF ESTABLISHMENT OF LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS OF PURCHASE AND SALE
When ordering goods(s) in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ , the Buyer must provide the necessary personal data, which are stored and processed by the Seller in accordance with the procedure established in the Privacy Policy of the online store https://skintypes.lt/ .
When the Buyer, having selected the product(s), completes all the steps of the order and submits the order, it is considered that a legal relationship of purchase and sale has arisen between the Seller and the Buyer and a Purchase and Sale Agreement has been concluded.
The Buyer is informed about the payment confirmation by the Seller sending a notification to the Buyer's email address, which the Buyer indicated when ordering the product(s) in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ .
Each purchase and sale agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ , in accordance with the procedure set out in the Privacy Policy of the online store https://skintypes.lt/ .
OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE BUYER AND SELLER
The Buyer, when ordering the product(s) in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ , must pay for and accept it(them) in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login details to the online store https://skintypes.lt/ account to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login details, he must immediately (no later than within 1 day) inform the Seller about this.
The Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
The Buyer has the right to refuse the order and terminate the purchase and sale agreement in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
The Seller undertakes to fulfill the Buyer's orders in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
The Seller undertakes to process the Buyer's personal data only in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
The Seller undertakes to comply with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer does not pay for the purchased item(s).
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
All payments in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ are calculated and made in euros.
The Buyer can make payment for the product(s) using Paysera, Swed, Seb, Revolut, Luminor, Citadele, N26, Medicinos and Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services, as well as using the electronic banking services of the Lithuanian Central Credit Union or at MAXIMA cash desks, Lietuvos spaudas and Narvesen kiosks, Perlas terminals, as well as by simple transfer or cash in the bank. Electronic payments are processed using the https://www.paysera.lt/ payment intermediary system.
Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services. Payments are available in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.”
DELIVERY OF GOODS
The Seller undertakes to deliver the product(s) purchased by the Buyer in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
The buyer can choose the following delivery methods for the product(s): DPD parcel machine and DPD courier services.
After the buyer confirms the order, the delivery fee, if applicable, is added to the total amount of the item(s).
The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact delivery address of the product(s) in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ when ordering.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the product(s) to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ , but no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement.
The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the shape, color, size or other parameters of the goods available in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ may not correspond to the actual color, size, shape or other parameters of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
The Buyer undertakes to check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) together with the person who delivered the shipment during the delivery of the goods(s), if the Buyer ordered the delivery of the goods(s) using the DPD courier services.
The Buyer undertakes to immediately check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) upon collection of the goods(s), if the Buyer has ordered the delivery of the goods(s) to a DPD parcel terminal.
The Buyer undertakes to accept/collect the goods themselves. If the Buyer does not accept the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding the goods delivered to the wrong person.
PROCEDURE FOR TERMINATION OF THE PURCHASE-SALES AGREEMENT AND RETURN OF GOODS
If the Buyer initiates an order in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ , but does not pay for it, the Seller sends the Buyer a reminder regarding the unpaid order. If the Buyer fails to pay for the order after the aforementioned reminder, the purchase and sale agreement is considered not concluded.
The Seller has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement after informing the Buyer in advance if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ . The Seller has the right to offer a similar product to the Buyer. If the Buyer refuses a similar product, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of termination of the purchase and sale agreement.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ and return the quality product(s), notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product(s).
The Seller undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned good quality product(s).
The Seller has the right not to refund the money paid by the Buyer until the quality product(s) has been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the quality product(s) has been sent to the Seller, whichever occurs first.
The Buyer may exercise the right to return the good(s) specified in Section 7.3 of the Rules, if the good(s) have not been damaged, the appearance of the good(s) has not changed substantially and/or the good(s) has not been used, and upon presentation of the purchase document for the good(s).
When returning a quality product(s), the buyer undertakes to comply with the following conditions:
the returned item(s) must be undamaged, in the original, neat packaging(s);
The returned item(s) must be unused and in good condition, including (but not limited to) undamaged labels, untearable protective films, etc.
The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as when the item(s) were delivered.
When returning a quality product(s), the Buyer must fill out a return form and send it to the Seller by e-mail info@skintypes.lt . Upon receipt of the aforementioned return form, the Seller will contact the Buyer within 2 (two) business days and indicate the possible ways to return the product(s).
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the quality product(s) returned by the Buyer if the conditions and procedure for returning the goods specified in these Rules have not been complied with.
If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase and sale agreement and returns the quality product(s), the Buyer will be refunded all amounts paid (including (but not limited to) the delivery costs of the product(s), except for the costs of returning the product(s).
The Buyer, wishing to exercise the right to return quality goods(s) provided for in Section 7 of these Rules, must meet the definition of a consumer, as defined in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, i.e. the Buyer must be a natural person who has purchased the goods(s) in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ for purposes unrelated to his/her business, trade, craft or profession (for consumption purposes).
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ and return the product(s) of inadequate quality in accordance with the conditions and procedure provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Buyer, having purchased a product(s) of inadequate quality, as defined by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, may return the product(s), demanding the removal of the defects of the product(s), replace the product(s) with an analogous product(s) of adequate quality, reduce the price of the product(s), except in cases where the defects are minor or they arose due to the fault of the Buyer, including (but not limited to) if the defects of the product(s) arise as a result of the Buyer's improper actions, or refuse the purchase and sale agreement and demand a refund of the money paid, when the sale of the product(s) of inadequate quality is a material breach of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. If the Buyer fails to comply with the specified instructions for the care, storage, cleaning, etc. of the product(s) received together with the product(s), in all cases it is considered that the defects of the product(s) arose due to the fault of the Buyer.
The buyer has the right to return the product(s) of inadequate quality within the period specified in Article 6.338 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania from the date of transfer of the product(s) to him/her, as well as upon submission of the purchase document for the product(s).
The Buyer, wishing to return the product(s) of inadequate quality, must contact the Seller using the Seller's contacts specified in these Rules and specify his/her requirements. The Seller must provide the Buyer with a reasoned response and information on the procedure for the Buyer to return the product(s) of inadequate quality, if the Seller agrees with the Buyer's requirements , no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
COPYRIGHT
All content of the online store https://skintypes.lt/ is the intellectual property of the Seller, including (but not limited to) product photos, product descriptions, etc. posted in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ .
Any disposal by the Buyer of the content (part thereof) of the online store https://skintypes.lt/ , including (but not limited to) posted product photos, product descriptions, etc., or any other type of copying and/or transfer of the aforementioned content (part thereof) to third parties without the Seller's consent are illegal actions.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
The buyer is responsible for all illegal actions taken while using the online store https://skintypes.lt/ .
The Buyer will be liable for the actions mentioned in clause 8.2 of the Rules in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy, correctness, completeness and updating of the data provided in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ if the data changes.
The Seller is not liable for any damage incurred by the Buyer and/or third parties if the Buyer provides inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete data or fails to immediately update changed personal data.
The buyer is responsible for storing and/or transferring his login details (login name, password, etc.) to third parties.
The Seller is exempt from any liability if the Buyer has not fully or partially familiarized himself with the Rules and Privacy Policy, although he was given such an opportunity, and has not followed the instructions for the care, storage, cleaning, etc. of the product(s) received with the product(s).
FINAL PROVISIONS
The Buyer, wishing to submit a notification, complaint, claim, etc., may do so by contacting the Seller at the e-mail address – info@skintypes.lt or by contact phone number – +370 628 88489 on business days from 10:00 to 17:00. A notification by e-mail is considered received when 24 hours have passed since its sending.
If the Buyer, being a consumer, as defined by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, does not agree with the Seller's reasoned response to the complaint/claim submitted by the Buyer, the Buyer may submit his request regarding the goods(s) purchased in the online store https://skintypes.lt/ to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 8 5 262 67 51, fax: (8 5) 279 1466, website www.vvtat.lt), as well as to the territorial divisions of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service or fill out the application form on the ODR platformhttps://ec.europa.eu/odr/ .
All relations between the Parties not regulated by these Rules shall be governed by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disputes between the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in good faith, through negotiations, guided by the principles of fairness, reasonableness and justice. If no mutual agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disputes arising from the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
